Develop, hone and perfect your swimming skills at our non-residential Swimming Skills Camp at Merchant Taylor's School.
This Maximum Performances course, which has been designed and developed by double Olympian Edward Sinclair, focuses on helping participants improve their technique in all four strokes and starts & turns.
The camp includes demonstrations by an Olympian and group video analysis sessions covering each day's focus.
Participants will also receive instruction on swimming-specific land training techniques, tips on how to prevent injury, guidance on effective warm up routines, advice on stretching and help with how to enhance motivation.
This Swimming Skills Camp is open to all levels of competitive club swimmers, up to national level.
This camp can be booked:
- as a 5-day course (£469) or
- by individual days (£109)
Monday - Freestyle stroke and turns
Tuesday - Backstroke stroke and turns
Wednesday - Dives & Backstroke starts
Thursday - Butterfly stroke and turns
Friday - Breaststroke stroke and turns

Fee for all 5 days: £469
- Swimmers who decide to attend all 5 days will receive a discount of £76

Swimmers will be filmed above water on iPads
Group Video Analysis
Swimmers will view their swimming skills above the water surface during the group video analysis session. Videos will be only used during the course and will not be shared after this course.
Club swimmers aged 8 - 16: competitive up to the national level.
Swimmers will be allocated into focused training groups according to their age and ability.
