Improve your swimming technique and racing skills

with video-analysis by an Olympian!

Gain a deeper understanding of the efficient swimming techniques and racing skills used by the world's top swimmers at our intensive one-day clinics. 

Double Olympian Edward Sinclair will, using his wealth of knowledge and years of swimming experience, guide participants through the latest racing skills, drills and technique correction methods.
 
Swimmers will be individually filmed and advised on how to perfect their racing skills and stroke technique or starts or turns. All participants will get to see what they actually look like in the water, and how they can avoid repeating the same technical mistakes, using one of the best feedback system available in sport - video analysis.

Fees

Individual days can be booked separately at a cost of £168 per day

Course Focus

Technique correction · Race preparation · Race tactics · GoPro and iPad filming · Worksheets with written feedback

Feedback

Each swimmer will receive verbal and written feedback provided by Double Olympian Edward Sinclair during the video-analysis session

Filming

Swimmers will be filmed under and/or above water and individual videos will be shared with participants after the course

Ability Level

Club swimmers aged 9 – 17:   competitive up to the national level

Swimmers will be allocated into focused training groups according to their age and ability
