Maximise your starts & turns with underwater filming & reports by Olympian!
Our Exclusive Starts & turns Clinic provides an exciting opportunity for a maximum of 14 swimmers to master their starts & turns technique with Double Olympian, World and European medallist and Ex-British and European record holder Edward Sinclair.
Swimmers will have the privilege to train alongside Ed for 1 day at Epsom College’s 25m pool.
The Exclusive Clinic will strongly focus on technique development and video analysis of swimmers’ starts & Turns above and below the water. Each swimmer will be filmed above and below water during 2 pool sessions, and receive detailed verbal feedback from Olympian during 2 comprehensive video analysis sessions.
Courses' Focus:
- Starts & Turns
- Individual video analysis
- GoPro and iPad filming
- Individual approach
- Technique correction
Skills Practised:
- Turns on all strokes including flip and rotation
- Turn drills and progressions
- IM turns
- Start position · Flight phase · Entry phase · Breakout phase on all 4 stroke
- Start drills · Reaction drills
Video Analysis & Reports:
iPads and/or GoPROs will be used to film short videos of swimmers' starts & turns above and below water
Individual videos and written evaluation reports by Olympian are included in this clinic and will be shared with all swimmers within 5 working days after this clinic
