Gain a deeper understanding of the efficient swimming techniques and racing skills used by the world's top swimmers at our intensive one-day clinics. 

Double Olympian Edward Sinclair will, using his wealth of knowledge and years of swimming experience, guide participants through the latest racing skills, drills and technique correction methods.

Swimmers will be individually filmed and advised on how to perfect their racing skills and stroke technique or starts or turns. All participants will get to see what they actually look like in the water, and how they can avoid repeating the same technical mistakes, using one of the best feedback system available in sport - video analysis.

Video Analysis for Enhanced Performance

At these clinics, we utilise video technology to help swimmers refine their technique and elevate their performance.

During sessions, each swimmer is filmed above water, capturing key technical and tactical aspects of their strokes, or starts and turns. This visual feedback provides a unique perspective, allowing athletes to see their movements firsthand and identify areas for improvement.

Our expert MP coaches use iPads for filming and often provide instant feedback to swimmers, ensuring immediate corrections and progress right on the poolside. Additionally, group video analysis sessions facilitate in-depth discussions, helping swimmers recognise patterns and avoid repeating mistakes.
