These technical sessions are a great way to gain deeper understanding of efficient swimming techniques in a small group with the opportunity to receive individual verbal and written feedback from an Olympian
Small group sessions are coached by our MP Head Coach Edward Sinclair - Double Olympian, World and European medallist and Ex-British and European record holder - who uses his 10 years personal experience as an international swimmer and 20 years coaching experience to lead a small group of a maximum of 8 swimmers per coaching session
Swimmers will be individually filmed above and below water and advised on how to perfect their stroke technique or starts or turns. All participants will learn how they actually look like in the water and how to avoid repeating the same technical mistakes
iPads and GoPros will be used to film short videos of swimmers' stroke or starts or turns above and below water
Videos and written evaluation reports by Olympian are included in this session and will be emailed to all swimmers within 7 working days after these sessions

Swimmers attending both AM & PM sessions will have a supervised lunch break 13.20 - 14.00 - please bring packed lunch and snacks (NO NUTS)
Suitable for: club swimmers aged 10 - 14
Maximum capacity: 8 swimmers
