Double Olympian Edward Sinclair will, using his wealth of knowledge and years of swimming experience, guide participants through the latest skills, drills and technique correction methods.

AM Swim Sessions - Technique Development:
- Swimming technique improvement
- Technique correction
- Technical refinement of swim skills
PM Swim Sessions - Fitness Training:
- Increasing aerobic capacity on all strokes with freestyle and IM based sets
- Building strength endurance
- Increasing normal training volume
- Promoting adaptation and increasing fitness levels

club swimmers aged 9 - 17
