Gain a deeper understanding of the efficient swimming techniques used by the world's top swimmers and improve your fitness levels!
Double Olympian Edward Sinclair will, using his wealth of knowledge and years of swimming experience, guide participants through the latest skills, drills and technique correction methods.

Swimming Sessions' Focus:
AM Swim Sessions - Technique Development:
- Swimming technique improvement
- Technique correction
- Technical refinement of swim skills
PM Swim Sessions - Fitness Training:
- Increasing aerobic capacity on all strokes with freestyle and IM based sets
- Building strength endurance
- Increasing normal training volume
- Promoting adaptation and increasing fitness levels

Suitable for:
club swimmers aged 9 - 17
competitive up to the national level
Swimmers will be allocated into focused training groups according to their age and ability.

3 days - Fitness Swim Camp - £499
