Swimming Coach / Swimming Teacher:

  • Tue 7th – Fri 10th April 2026 – Easter Swim Camp

  • Mon 3rd – Fri 7th August 2026 – Summer Swim Camp

📍 Location: Epsom College

🏠 Residential coaching role – accommodation and full board provided

Main duties:

  • Assist our Head Coach, Olympian Ed Sinclair, in delivering our Swim Camps

  • Support with dryland sessions and classroom workshops

  • Participate in residential duties within the boarding house

  • Ensure safety standards are maintained throughout all activities

  • Help uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety

Skills:

  • Current or former competitive swimmer with a passion for inspiring others

  • Experience in swimming coaching or teaching within a club environment

  • Swim England (ASA) Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor qualification (or an equivalent international qualification)

  • Ideally holds a valid National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC), Pool Attendant Qualification, or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (preferred but not essential)

  • Professional, punctual, and well-organised

Schedule:

  • This is a residential role, with duties taking place throughout the day and during evening activities.

Experience:

  • Former competitive swimmers: Minimum 6 months’ experience in swimming coaching or teaching within a UK-based swimming club.
  • Current competitive swimmers (university students): If you are still actively competing, this requirement does not apply.

 

 

Swimming Coach / Swimming Teacher

Competitive Swimmers - Club Level Programmes

Locations: Epsom, Windsor, Guildford, Croydon

Join our MP Coaching Team delivering our Swim Camps and 121 sessions in multiple locations around London during school holidays. We are looking for enthusiastic club coaches or swimming teachers who love sharing their passion for competitive swimming.

 

Main duties:

  • Assisting our Head Coach Olympian Ed Sinclair to deliver our Swim Camps
  • Delivering small group and 1-2-1 swimming sessions for club swimmers
  • Assisting with dry-land sessions
  • Make sure safety standards are followed in sessions and undertake risk assessments
  • Coaching during Half Terms and Summer holidays ideally including weekends
  • Helping maintaining the very highest standards of hygiene and safety

Skills:

  • You will be an ex-competitive swimmer passionate about inspiring others
  • Experience of swimming coaching / swimming teaching in a swimming club
  • Swim England (ASA) Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification)
  • Ideally the candidate will hold a valid National Reach Rescue Award / Pool Attendant Qualification or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • Professional, punctual and well-organised person

    • weekdays and weekends
