These technical and racing sessions are a great way to gain deeper understanding of efficient swimming techniques in a small group with the opportunity to receive individual written feedback from an Olympian

Small group sessions are coached by our MP Head Coach Edward Sinclair - Double Olympian, World and European medallist and Ex-British and European record holder - who uses his 10 years personal experience as an international swimmer and 20 years coaching experience to lead a small group of around 8 swimmers per coaching session

Swimmers will be individually filmed above and below water and guided on how to refine and perfect their stroke technique, starts, and turns at both training and race pace.

iPads and GoPros will be used to film short videos of swimmers' stroke or starts or turns above and below water

Videos and written evaluation reports by an Olympian are included in these sessions and will be shared with all swimmers within 5 working days

• Registration
• Welcome
• 90mins - Technical swimming session with filming
• snack break - please bring all snacks and drinks from home
• 60mins - Race swimming session with filming
• Home

 

Suitable for: 

club swimmers aged 10 - 14

 

Capacity:  

around 8 swimmers

 

Fee per session: 

£189 per swimmer per session
