Our Starts & Turns Clinic provides an exciting opportunity for club swimmers to master their starts & turns technique with Double Olympian, World and European medallist and Ex-British and European record holder Edward Sinclair.
Swimmers will have the privilege to train alongside Ed for 1 day at Epsom College’s 25m pool.
The Clinic will strongly focus on technique development of starts & turns.
Courses' Focus:
- Starts & Turns
- Technique correction
Skills Practised:
- Turns on all strokes including flip and rotation
- Turn drills and progressions
- IM turns
- Start position · Flight phase · Entry phase · Breakout phase on all 4 stroke
- Start drills · Reaction drills
Clinic schedule:
- 10.00 - Registration

- Pool Session 1 (120mins)
- lunch break - please bring all food and drinks from home
- Starts & turns workshop

- Pool session 2 (90mins)
- Day's Debrief
