These technical masterclasses are the perfect way to gain a deeper understanding of efficient swimming techniques away from the busy lanes usually found in the club environment
Double Olympian Edward Sinclair will use his wealth of swimming knowledge and experience to guide groups of up to 20 swimmers through the latest skills, drills and technique correction methods
All swimmers will be filmed above and below water and receive individual written feedback from Olympian
iPads and GoPros will be used to film short videos of swimmers' stroke above and below water
Videos and written evaluation reports by Olympian are included in this masterclass and will be shared with all swimmers within 7 working days after these sessions
