Swimming Sessions:

Practice and improve your swimming technique in all the competitive strokes and starts & turns with the help of video feedback. Understand what skills and drills you need to take your swimming to the next level

Video-Analysis for Improved Performance:

During training sessions, each swimmer will be filmed above water to capture critical technical and tactical details of their performance. This video technology allows athletes to see themselves in action, providing a unique perspective on their form and technique.

With expert feedback on all four strokes, as well as starts and turns, swimmers gain valuable insights into how they truly perform in the water. This feedback helps identify and correct technical imperfections, preventing repeated mistakes and advancing skill. After the course, each swimmer will receive their individual videos, offering a lasting resource to continue improving their technique

Mind-Room Workshops:

Learn about dry-land training, injury prevention, nutrition and hydration, which have all been identified as key aspects that can improve your swimming performance outside the pool
