Residential or non-residential swim camp focusing on video-analysis
This Swim Camp is designed to help swimmers of all levels improve their technique, speed, and overall performance.
Combining expert coaching with advanced video analysis, the camp provides participants a unique chance to understand and refine their swimming skills. Each swimmer is filmed both above and underwater, allowing them to review their swimming technique in detail to spot areas for improvement.
Led by Double Olympian Edward Sinclair and the MP Coaching Team, the camp focuses on all four strokes, starts, and turns and includes drills, fitness training, and injury prevention exercises. Workshops cover essential topics like nutrition, hydration, and race preparation for a well-rounded training experience.
Each swimmer receives personalized feedback to build confidence and skill, making it an ideal opportunity to take their swimming to the next level!

Swimming Sessions:
Practice and improve your swimming technique in all the competitive strokes and starts & turns with the help of video feedback. Understand what skills and drills you need to take your swimming to the next level
Video-Analysis for Improved Performance:
During training sessions, each swimmer will be filmed from multiple angles (above and below water) to capture critical technical and tactical details of their performance. This advanced video technology allows athletes to see themselves in action, providing a unique perspective on their form and technique.
With expert feedback on all four strokes, as well as starts and turns, swimmers gain valuable insights into how they truly perform in the water. This feedback helps identify and correct technical imperfections, preventing repeated mistakes and advancing skill. After the course, each swimmer will receive their individual video analysis, offering a lasting resource to continue improving their technique
Mind-Room Workshops:
Learn about dry-land training, injury prevention, nutrition and hydration, which have all been identified as key aspects that can improve your swimming performance outside the pool

Accommodation
Residential course members will be resident in the excellent boarding houses, situated just a few minutes from the swimming pool and may be required to share a bedroom. All boarding houses are designed to be homely and comfortable and also offer up-to-date facilities such as a common room with TV and video/DVD player, a kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, snacks and cold drinks, and a recreational area. Bed linen is provided but participants should bring their own towels and toiletries. No laundry facilities are provided. Each house has a Residential Co-ordinator who is responsible for the running of the house and the health and welfare of the campers living there. Members of staff are accommodated in the same houses as the campers in order to provide 24 hour supervision.

Dining
Although all houses have kitchen facilities where swimmers can make snacks and drinks, the main meals of the day are prepared in the College's central kitchen. Food is prepared in-house and great care is taken to ensure that a wide choice is available and that campers have access to a variety of healthy options. With quality and nutritional content being major concerns, the vast majority of food is traceable to source and menu analysis software is used to ensure that all meals are nutritionally balanced. With the wide menu options available, vegetarians and those with special dietary and cultural needs can be accommodated. Healthy snacks are also provided several times a day.
Supervision
There are dedicated coaches and experienced residential staffs on duty at all times. Campers are never left without supervision.

Epsom College boasts an immaculately maintained 84 acres, which is packed with exceptional sporting and boarding facilities. The Maximum Performances campers will have the chance to benefit from the use of Epsom’s 25m training pool as well as other great outdoor and indoor facilities during the land-training sessions and lectures.
